NEO-ILLUVIUM COMPLEX — PROJECT INTRO

The Neo-Illuvium Complex is a new landmark project of a riverine city, where the architectural narrative is inspired by the vitality of a “young sprout” emerging from layers of alluvial sediment accumulated over centuries. The building’s form carries multiple meanings—echoing the veins of palmyra leaves, the flowing lines of the traditional ao ba ba, and the shimmering wings of dragonflies along the river—allowing the project to be both highly symbolic and deeply connected to the local community.

Scope of Work

• Local research & cultural decoding: analyzing the layered natural and cultural context of the riverfront city.

• Developing the visual concept based on the philosophy of “Sprout – Alluvium”, transforming natural symbols into a contemporary visual language.

• Designing visual narratives for the entire complex: podium, towers, landscape, and day–night scenes.

• Full visualization delivery: scene setup, lighting, materials, and composition to emphasize symbolic expression and local emotional resonance.

• Visual conversion strategy consulting: selecting strategic key shots that highlight the project’s role as a new urban focal point.
